Happy Birthday!

14th-Feb-2009 03:49 am - To My Dear and Loving Husband
In honour of Valentine's Day

If ever two were one, then surely we.
If ever man were lov'd by wife, then thee;
If ever wife was happy in a man,
Compare with me ye women if you can.
I prize thy love more then whole Mines of gold,
Or all the riches that the East doth hold.
My love is such that Rivers cannot quench,
Nor ought but love from thee, give recompence.
Thy love is such I can no way repay,
The heavens reward thee manifold I pray.
Then while we live, in love let's so persever,
That when we live no more, we may live ever.

25th-Dec-2008 04:46 am - We all want some figgy pudding?
wtf? I am trying to get in the Christmas mo0o0od by listening to Enya sing Christmas songs, and she's all,

'Now bring us some figgy pudding,
Now bring us some figgy pudding,
Now bring us some figgy pudding,
And bring some right here!

And we won't go till we've got some,
We won't go till we've got some,
We won't go till we've got some,
So bring some right here!'

If people started calling for figgy pudding at MY house, they'd have to go IMMEDIATELY! :-p

25th-Dec-2008 12:27 am - 'So this is Christmas'

Here is a little pressie from me to you. Dun laugh! It comes from Curly's, a sweet midi site full of all kinds of nice songs and Christmas music for those of you discriminating enough to still appreciate the wonderful midi file.

It is John Lennon's 'Happy Christmas'. Either click to just listen or right click and download in just a sec and play. It will make you happy!

22nd-Dec-2008 05:34 pm - 'Blue Christmas' by Digital Blasphemy
When I first discovered the internet, Digital Blasphemy was one of the first creators of digital art I found which I loved. I have posted his work many times. He is a very generous artist in that he has a free gallery full of marvels, as well as a members only section [which you can still view] with images which I could show you, but I will not and let you visit his site instead. This image is his 2002 'Blue Christmas.' If you visit the free gallery, you may download it as wallpaper. In his members only gallery there is the 'Song of the Sky' wallpaper that is just beautiful. :)
