Last night Hashi posted to his bigcatpants at deviantART a series of pen and ink drawings which shows him at the pinnacle of his pen art. The subject matter is 'Fine Hats,' but not just any hats--and not just on any kind of creature!

Here is one of my favourites: the 'Fine Hats' tribute to Gene Kelly in the movie Singing in the Rain. Click on the picture to go to Hashi's gallery and see all eight drawings in the series.

Hashi has made a new post featuring 'Music Girl', which is the subject of two previous works available on his deviantArt. Now on his website, you can go and see her in another two variations which have been embellished with colour. She is adorable!

Eventually, I hope they will be posted at deviantArt, but right now you can enjoy them at bigcatpants.com. Whilst you are there, take a minute to register your very own username so you can make comments. You can use your Dj name if you like. It's a Wordpress login. :)
