 disappointedOkay, seriously, now I am getting annoyed. I asked a question concerning account payment, and no one has responded. You would think money might be an inducement to reply. I can see there are many open support requests that admin just ignores. This is sad. I also looked at the layout I have chosen and realised it has a broken link that I hadn't seen at first -- even though I can put a header on it [unlike my other one because of Dj's limitations -- it works everywhere else]. I understand from talking to the DW people and reading Frank's posts that Deadjournal uses an old, old version of the Lj code. I know this is why I canny import entries to DW from here, and I assume this is why HTML does not work in the sidebars of my other layout like it should or for the header. Meh, Oona needs a job so she doesna sit around and look at stuff like this. :( When Frank transferred Dj to his friend, I thought the deal was that we would get more benefits over here. I know blogging on a journal site is not the most important issue people have on their plates, dun get me wrong. I also realise we are not drifting offline as much as we did there for awhile, but so far I dun see any other innovations. This leads me to believe we will not be seeing them ever. I'm beginning to feel like I really am in the Dead Zone. *Sigh* | ||||||||||

You are in the dead zone :) Frank has been on vacation for a week, then had his 1 year anniversary, and Tiff is starting her 3rd trimester, so he's been busy. Try opening a ticket at helpdesk.warped.com for payment issues, so we can fix it. :) I'll also yell at Frank to look at the support tickets on the site that haven't been responded to. sorry. | ||

Ahh now cryo, you know me. I like to whine. I read your journal and saw you were having problems. You helped me before. Yes, let's blame this all on FRANK! That sounds good to me. ;) I will just wait til Sept. and mail it to the address they have. I'm sure they will get it sorted. | ||
