Subject:Do you want your own site search?
Okay, this works great for me. I have to post it on a site which will take javascript, and then link to it, but it works. I use blogs.ie or blogsome.com for that. An example is this page. These Lj type journals willna take the code. Copy this code I have in the text box, and change MY urls to YOURS. Then let Google settle into what you are asking. Dun get too fancy too fast. :D
