News from Livejournal this morning says that by the end of summer the 'basic accounts' option will be available once again to all users, so hopefully no one will have to opt for the intrusive, ugly and poorly placed ads the 'Plus' accounts are forced to have now. Now if someone on staff would just learn the art of placing simple text ads in strategic places, Lj would look a LOT better. Also, if Lj would increase their default number of userpics from the ridiculous 6 to something more attractive, that would be sweet. At InsaneJournal, the default is 100. At Inksome, I have 150. :) | ||||||||||
